HiViGrey Cinema 5D – ALR High-Contrast (Gain 1.1) for Bright Rooms & True HDR Experience

The grey high-contrast base of the 5D material ensures:
  • visibly deeper black tones and higher contrast dynamics
  • richer, more intense colours – ideal for HDR content
  • significantly reduced washout in ambient light
  • high image brightness with stable homogeneity (Gain 1.1)
  • 3D Compatible: Suitable for active 3D projection with compatible projectors and shutter glasses.
Compared to classic white or simple grey screens, the HiViGrey Cinema 5D particularly shows its strength in brighter environments: details are retained, contrasts appear clearly defined, and the image gains significantly in depth and brilliance.
The result: A powerful ALR screen with Gain 1.1 for everyone who doesn't want to compromise on high brightness, strong contrasts, and brilliant HDR playback, even in the living room.

HiViLux® FT Series – Floor Tension Motorized Screen with Flexible Placement

Mechanics & Construction – the most important features

  • Free-standing floor construction (flexible placement): quick to set up, easy to align, no installation effort.
  • Acoustically transparent lower drop: The lower drop between the projection surface and the housing is made of micro-perforated, acoustically transparent material. This allows speakers or a soundbar to be positioned behind the lower drop. The “Acoustics” specification in the technical data refers exclusively to the actual projection surface.
  • Lateral tension system: uniform tension to reduce edge waves and support flatness.
  • Reinforced housing & stable base: robust construction for high rigidity, secure stand, and durable mechanics.
  • Solid, stable housing: high inherent stability for smooth operation, fewer vibrations, and a secure stand.
  • Quiet, powerful motor: reliable operation with low noise development.
  • Up to 150” (16:9): large-format cinema experience without fixed installation.

Continuously adjustable drop height: The drop can be set to any height from 0 up to its maximum; the selected extension position can be saved. Adjusting the height does not affect the flatness of the projection surface.

Optional equipment

  • IR remote control + trigger (optional): convenient infrared control and trigger control for automatic retraction/extension in the setup.
  • Wall mount (optional): for additional fixation/placement depending on the room concept.

Care & cleaning

The screen surface is easy to maintain and can be cleaned when necessary. Dust can be removed with a soft duster or cloth. More persistent dirt or grease marks can be wiped carefully with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, a mild, neutral cleaner can also be used.

Seamless one-piece projection surface

The projection fabric is made from one continuous piece of material. There are no joined, welded or sewn sections within the visible projection area, so there are no distracting seam or brightness lines. This keeps the image homogeneous and visually consistent across the entire surface.
