Description
xThe HiViLux® Tension motorized screen with high-contrast ALR surface, acoustically transparent HiViGrey Cinema 5DMP/HDR (Gain 1.1), combines modern projection technology with an elegant, high-quality design. The special Ambient-Light-Rejecting 5D coating noticeably improves black levels and contrast – especially in ambient light – and ensures a calmer, more homogeneous image with clearer details and richer colors.
Perfect flatness thanks to Dual-Tension
The special Dual-Tension tensioning system works horizontally and vertically, ensuring a permanently flat, crease-free image surface – without wrinkles. Ideal for precise geometry, clean edges, and demanding home cinema installations.
HiViGrey Cinema 5DMP/HDR (Gain 1.1) – Acoustics and controlled reflection for high image quality
The HiViLux ALR high-contrast technology (Gain 1.1) and acoustically micro-perforated design is optimized for modern 4K and 8K projectors, delivering a powerful visual impact with precisely controlled reflection behavior. The significantly reduced reflection angle directs more light towards the viewer instead of illuminating the room, ceiling, or furniture. The result: deeper black levels, noticeably more contrast, and richer color depth – for a calmer, more homogeneous image, even in ambient light.
RF radio control & housing in black or white
The robust aluminum housing is available in black or white and blends harmoniously into any room aesthetic. The integrated RF radio system allows for reliable control up to 20 m range – even without line of sight.
Installation & adjustment
Continuously adjustable drop height: The drop can be set continuously from 0 up to the maximum drop height, and the selected extension position can be saved. The drop does not need to be fully extended. The Dual-Tension system applies tension both horizontally and vertically to keep the projection surface evenly tensioned and flat. If required, the vertical tension can be retensioned and optimally adjusted to the selected extension height. This allows the desired drop height to be freely selected without compromising the flatness of the projection surface.
Power connection & Plug & Play
Power connection & Plug & Play: Viewed from the front, the power connection is on the right side of the screen housing. The TXN series has a standard IEC 60320 C14 appliance inlet and comes with a detachable 5 m power cable. The screen end has a 90° angled IEC 60320 C13 connector; the wall-socket end has a 90° angled grounded Schuko plug (CEE 7/7, Type E/F). The cable can be replaced with a compatible standard IEC power cable if needed. No hardwiring or electrician is required: mount the screen and plug it in. For discreet routing to a socket on the left, a cable duct can be installed behind the housing; the supplied cable is long enough for this.
Care & cleaning
The screen surface is easy to maintain and can be cleaned when necessary. Dust can be removed with a soft duster or cloth. More persistent dirt or grease marks can be wiped carefully with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, a mild, neutral cleaner can also be used.
Seamless one-piece projection surface
The projection fabric is made from one continuous piece of material. There are no joined, welded or sewn sections within the visible projection area, so there are no distracting seam or brightness lines. This keeps the image homogeneous and visually consistent across the entire surface.
