HiViGrey Cinema 5DMP micro perforated – ALR High Contrast (Gain 1.1) with Acoustic Transparency

The special grey high-contrast base ensures:
  • deep black tones and high image dynamics
  • vibrant, precise colours – ideal for HDR content
  • reduced washout in ambient light
  • stable brightness despite acoustic perforation
  • 3D Compatible: Suitable for active 3D projection with compatible projectors and shutter glasses.
The result: A high-quality ALR screen with gain 1.1 and acoustic transparency – for a true cinema experience with perfect picture and sound integration.

7 mm Zero Frame – Maximum Picture Area, Minimal Visibility

Technical features of the frame:

  • High-quality aluminium profile frame – stable and warp-free
  • Precise tensioning of the fabric for permanently perfect flatness
  • Ultra-slim visible edge (7 mm) for a "Zero Frame" look
  • Wall mounting with adjustable brackets for exact alignment
  • Quick and easy installation

Suitable for / Not recommended for / Alternatives

Suitable for:

  • Standard-throw and long-throw projectors
  • Acoustically transparent installations with loudspeakers behind the screen
  • Living rooms and rooms with moderate residual light

Not recommended for:

  • UST projectors / Laser TV
  • RGB triple-laser projectors when laser speckle is the main issue

Alternatives:

  • For RGB triple-laser and stronger speckle reduction: HiViGrey Cinema 3L
  • For UST / Laser TV: HiViPrism Cinema HDR CLR
  • For a neutral acoustically transparent white fabric: HiViWhite Cinema SD

Seamless one-piece projection surface

The projection fabric is made from one continuous piece of material. There are no joined, welded or sewn sections within the visible projection area, so there are no distracting seam or brightness lines. This keeps the image homogeneous and visually consistent across the entire surface.

Variants: Aspect Ratio and Warranty

Please select your variant:

  • Aspect ratio 16:9 HD Widescreen or 21:9 Cinemascope
  • Warranty: 2 years or 5 years (optional)
  • Black gauze backing (optional) – reduces unwanted light reflections behind the acoustically transparent projection surface. Price depends on the delivery country.
