HiViGrey Cinema 3L – powerful anti-speckle performance for RGB triple-laser projectors (Gain 0.8)

Developed for home-cinema users who want to significantly reduce laser speckle without sacrificing balanced, high-quality image reproduction.

RGB triple-laser projectors can produce visible glitter and laser speckle on unsuitable or highly reflective screen surfaces. HiViGrey Cinema 3L is specifically designed to strongly reduce this distracting effect while maintaining a balanced relationship between brightness, contrast, black level and colour reproduction.

  • Powerful speckle reduction: surface specifically tuned for RGB triple-laser projection for a noticeably calmer, more homogeneous image
  • Gain 0.8 grey contrast base: improves perceived black level and image depth without unnecessarily darkening the picture
  • Balanced brightness and contrast: anti-speckle performance without one-sided optimisation at the expense of overall image quality
  • Natural colour reproduction: tuned for modern RGB laser light sources
  • Uniform light distribution: wide viewing area without a pronounced hotspot effect

The result: HiViGrey Cinema 3L combines highly effective RGB-laser speckle reduction with balanced brightness, improved black level, natural colours and a calm cinematic image. It is especially suited to viewers who find speckle distracting but want to make as few compromises as possible in overall picture quality.

HiViLux® TXN Series – Tension Motorized Screen with Dual Tension & Stable Casing

The TXN series combines a reinforced casing with precise fabric guiding for a consistently flat surface – ideal for living rooms and home cinema.

Mechanics & Construction – the most important features:

  • Dual Tension System: Horizontal and vertical tension for a particularly flat projection surface.
  • Tab-Tension (side cable tension): reduces edge waves and supports even tension.
  • Reinforced, torsion-resistant casing: high stability, quiet operation, durable mechanics.
  • Quiet, powerful motor: reliable retraction/extension with low noise development.
  • Plug & Play: no electrical installation necessary – plug in and start.
  • 2-in-1 bracket (90°): suitable for wall and ceiling mounting (depending on model/configuration).
  • Flexible control (optional): IR remote control + trigger; radio and wall switch depending on equipment.

Suitable for / Not recommended for / Alternative

Suitable for: RGB triple-laser, standard-throw and long-throw projectors; users who want to reduce visible laser speckle.

Not recommended for: UST / Laser TV; installations requiring acoustic transparency.

Alternative: UST / Laser TV → HiViPrism Cinema HDR CLR; acoustically transparent RGB triple-laser → HiViGrey Cinema SD.

Seamless one-piece projection surface

The projection fabric is made from one continuous piece of material. There are no joined, welded or sewn sections within the visible projection area, so there are no distracting seam or brightness lines. This keeps the image homogeneous and visually consistent across the entire surface.

Power connection & Plug & Play: Viewed from the front of the screen, the power connection is located on the right-hand side of the housing. The TXN series uses a detachable IEC power inlet and is supplied with a 5 m removable power cable. No fixed wiring or electrician connection is required: mount the screen, plug in the power cable and it is ready to use. If the cable needs to be routed neatly to the left-hand side, a cable duct can be fitted to the rear of the housing.

Continuously adjustable drop height: The drop can be set to any height from 0 up to its maximum; the selected extension position can be saved. Adjusting the height does not affect the flatness of the projection surface.

Adjustable tab tension: The side tension cords can be retensioned as needed to optimize their tension.

Variants: Aspect Ratio and Warranty

Please select your variant:

  • Aspect ratio 16:9 HD Widescreen or 21:9 Cinemascope
  • Warranty: 2 years or 5 years (optional)
